No. Not really. But cards like Different dimension Capsule and Gold Sarcophagus can allow you to eventually select special spell cards from your decks and add them to your hands. Also Monsters like Destiny Hero Diamond Dude can help you race through your deck and activate your spell cards but to get one select card from your deck can't be done at the moment. There will most probably eventually be a card that allows you to do so but in the current games no.

sadly, no, but i will tell you this: if there was one, it would most definitely be banned. the closest thing you can do is foolish burial a spell to the grave, then return it to your hand via dark magician of chaos, magician of faith, spell reproduction, or magical stone excavation
