If you want to buy yugioh cards my suggestion would be to order them online and have them shipped overseas.
However, I have another suggestion. Since I believe that not many people in your area play yugioh (Otherwise, you would be able to get them with relatively ease without asking how to get them here.) I think you should download Yugioh Virtual Desktop.
Search it up online. It is free and has up to the latest set in existence. It is constantly updated and you can duel anyone across the world. Best of all, it is free and the file size is relatively small. Try it out, I think it suits you.
