As far as I know, the Cyber Angel cards are not real cards, only on the anime (if I rember correctly), but I suppose you could combine Machines and Fairies...

however angel lockdown is very hard to make with the english cards that are available right now; staples come in the japanese tournament packs
Reply:u mean cyber girl deck well go to yugioh wiki and they will show u the deck u can make. p.s the maximum for yugioh card decks is 70 but dont use that much cards lol hope that helps.
