How do you obtain secret rare cards in yugioh booster packs?

I notice alot of good secret rare cards in tactical evolution, but don't know how to get them,





do I get them from booster packs? if so, what are the odds?

theyre in packs, and there's on average 2 a box (1/16)





gladiador's assault will also have one of the best cards ever as a secret rare

Reply:yes you get them from the packs, but the chances are very low. I wouldn't try my luck on them. might as well try ebay
Reply:They come in packs. There is one in roughly every three boxes. In other words, if you buy one pack you have a 1:72 chance of getting a secret rare. The odds of getting a specific secret rare, if there are nine of them like in the previous boxes, is 1:648.
